As of the market close on May 14, 2021 of the London Stock Exchange, the remaining number of the Global Depository Receipts issued by the Company (the "GDRs") is 8,332,167, less than 50% of the issued number of GDRs which is 17,985,000 as approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (including the exercise of the Over-Allotment Option).
