Appointment of Deputy General Manager

In accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Associationof SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd., the SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. CAI Jidong and Mr. JING Zhentao has been appointed as deputy general managers of the Company.

CAI Jidong, male, aged 45, a Master of Engineering, Principal Senior Engineer. He successively served as the Manager of the Production Technology Department, Manager of the Business Development Department, and Assistant to the General Manager cum Manager of the Business Development Department at SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd. He is currently the Assistant to the General Manager and Manager of the General Affairs Department at SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd.

JING Zhentao, male, aged 42, a Master of Science in Engineering, Senior Engineer. He successively served as the Executive Director of the Risk Management Division of the Operation and Safety Supervision Department, and the Executive Director of the Risk Management Division of the Operation and Risk Management Department at State Development & Investment Corporation. He is currently the Executive Director of the Risk Management Division of the Legal Compliance and Risk Management Department at State Development & Investment Corporation.
